Leasing Specialist Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Leasing Specialist to join our team at Park Grove Realty. As a Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for leasing and marketing activities at assigned properties, including showing apartments, processing rental applications, and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Show and lease apartments to prospective residents, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
- Process rental applications, draft and execute lease agreements and lease renewals, accurately completing all related paperwork.
- Collect rental deposits and other application-related fees, monthly rent payments, and pursue delinquent balances at the direction of the Property Manager.
- Perform market analysis to understand and utilize traffic patterns in the local area.
- Create and update marketing materials and social media accounts on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
- 1-3 years' customer service experience required; leasing, sales, and/or marketing experience preferred.
