What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing and Marketing Coordinator position at Park Grove Realty?
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate computer system data quickly and efficiently. They will be responsible for showing, leasing, and marketing activities at assigned properties, as well as providing exceptional customer service to all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage inbound and outbound lead generations, converting leads into tours and leases.
- Schedule and conduct tours of apartments, answering prospective residents' questions.
- Prepare target apartments, common areas, and amenity areas for tours, ensuring a great first impression to prospects.
- Process rental applications, draft and execute lease agreements and lease renewals, accurately completing all related paperwork.
- Collect rental deposits and other application-related fees, monthly rent payments, and pursue delinquent balances at the direction of the Property Manager.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
- 1-3 years' customer service experience required; leasing, sales, and/or marketing experience preferred.
Benefits:
