Job Title: Leasing and Marketing Representative
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Leasing and Marketing Representative at Park Grove Realty, you will be responsible for showing, leasing, and marketing activities at assigned properties. This role requires excellent customer service skills, communication abilities, and a strong understanding of lease agreements, rules, and regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Show and lease apartments to prospective residents, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of lease agreements, rules & regulations, and all community policies.
- Work closely with Maintenance Technicians to ensure excellence in presentation of property to prospective and current residents.
- Proactively manage inbound and outbound lead generations, converting leads into tours and leases.
- Schedule and conduct tours of apartments and answer prospective residents' questions.
- Prepare target apartments, common areas, and amenity areas for tours, ensuring a great first impression to prospects.
- Process rental applications, draft and execute lease agreements, and lease renewals, accurately completing all related paperwork.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
- 1-3 years' customer service experience required; leasing, sales, and/or marketing experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and math skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and aptitude for learning industry-specific cloud-based ERP software.
- Ability to navigate computer system data quickly and efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accountability, accuracy, and efficiency, especially when multitasking.
- Ethical conduct, integrity, and trust.
- Adaptability through periods of change and growth.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required to travel as needed for marketing & leasing activities of the property.
