LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO START IMMEDIATELY
We are a growing Workers' Compensation defense firm with offices in Northern and Southern California. We are looking to add a detail-orientated File Clerk to our team in Orange County. No experience is required. This is an entry-level position. We will train the right person.
We are looking for someone who is intelligent and independent. A solid work ethic is a must. Bachelor's degree preferred. A paralegal certificate is unnecessary and will not play a part in salary determinations. We are seeking a file clerk to process mail, organize digital documents, and assist our staff. A strong candidate would be comfortable using cloud-based platforms like Microsoft One Drive and working online as we are a paperless office.
Everyone in the firm operates with a team mentality. Our most successful team members are organized, proactive problem solvers. This position allows for the possibility of taking on more responsibility than the average file clerk position offers if that is something you would like to pursue.
