Job Opportunity: Property Manager– Mobile Home Park Delabe Forest
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a well-established mobile home park “Delabe Forest". This role is integral to maintaining a high standard of tenant relations, property upkeep, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Home Showings and Sales Support
- Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers and tenants.
- Assist with inquiries related to home availability and purchase or rental processes.
- Tenant Relations
- Welcome new residents, ensuring they understand park policies and procedures.
- Provide ongoing support to residents, addressing questions and concerns promptly.
- Property Maintenance and Inspections
- Conduct regular inspections of homes and lots to ensure they meet park standards.
- Report maintenance needs and oversee routine landscaping and property cleanliness.
- Community Engagement
- Assist in organizing and coordinating community events to foster a positive and welcoming environment.
- Compliance and Emergency Response
- Help residents understand and follow park rules and regulations in a fair and respectful manner.
- Respond to minor on-site emergencies and escalate major issues to the property manager when needed.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Customer service experience with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Previous property management or administrative experience is a plus.
