Key Responsibilities
- Client Support: Build excitement with clients before their portrait session, guiding them through finalizing details to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.
- Calendar Management: Handle cancellations, reschedules, and confirmations, and new booking appointments, ensuring a full and efficiently managed calendar for our Studio Team.
- Communication: Use industry-specific software to send timely email and text communications to clients, providing excellent client support.
- Charity Auction Coordination/Booking: Assist with commuincation related to charitable auction clients, ensuring a VIP White Glove Experience.
- Problem Solving: Address any client concerns, providing solutions with a calm, professional demeanor.
- Team Collaboration: Work within a supportive, friendly environment, contributing to a cohesive and highly motivated team.
