Seeking full time and part time Studio Concierge for Luxury Portrait Studio
Park Hill Fine Art Portraits has specialized in creating heirloom quality portraiture in Fort Worth for over 14 years. The studio is seeking a full time and part time Concierge to join our amazing team at our Fort Worth studio. We are a close-knit family oriented group that support one another while striving toward a common goal of serving clients by offering an amazing experience start to finish.
Details are important. Attitude is EVERYTHING.
Our engaging, high energy Concierge staff is responsible for first impressions. A passion for serving each other and our clients is the core of who we are. The primary goal beyond being an amazing team player is providing an incredible first impression that focuses on building relationships with our clients and their families in the studio.
Your role at Park Hill :
- Must be available nights and weekends.
- Must be prepared for working with animals.
- Cleaning is required.
- Be an incredible first impression for our clients!! (MOST IMPORTANT)
- Host and serve incoming clients. Help them feel welcome and guide them!
- Open and close the studio each day and prepare it for clients(we are open seven days a week).
- Provide directions over the phone to the studio
- Data entry invoices
- General administrative help
- Be an incredible team player in all areas of the studio with an energetic, positive attitude
