What Were Looking For :
- A skilled veterinary technician with a current RVT license (provisional accepted) or a minimum of 2 years of on-the-job (including surgical) experience.
- A team player who can laugh at the antics of a curious kitten while expertly drawing blood.
- Someone who can keep their cool in a fast-paced environmentbecause pets (and their humans) can be unpredictable!
- Strong communication skills to educate clients and reassure pet parents with confidence and empathy.
- We value curiosity and continuous improvementif youre someone who loves learning new techniques and contributing to a culture of ongoing training, youll fit right in!
- Assist in surgeries, dental procedures, and routine exams.
- Administer treatments, medications, and cuddles as needed.
- Perform diagnostics, including bloodwork, radiographs (including dental), and magic tricks to make the job look easy.
- Execute intravenous catheter placement, endotracheal intubation, and operate as well as maintain anesthetic equipment.
- Motivate, educate, juggle multiple responsibilities, and excel as a key member of our team.
- Prepare discharge instructions and effectively communicate treatment plans and financial details with clients.
- Build lasting relationships with our patients and their families.
