DESCRIPTION
Park House, a private members club located in Highland Park, seeks a qualified and experienced Cocktail Server with a passion for hospitality to join our team. We are looking for a Cocktail Server to take people’s orders, deliver them to our guests, and maintain and enhance the quality of our customer service during our bustling dinner period. The right person will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of food and beverage offerings in the Club. Must be able to engage in casual conversation and maintain an attractive setting. Their style and service attributes are key to creating the guest experience.
As the primary point of contact for Member and guest interactions in the lounge areas, you will be responsible for maintaining a pleasant atmosphere for Members. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of the hospitality industry and have a high level of service skills and interpersonal skills. Must have open availability five days a week. Potential to work banquets for qualified applicants and growth to future Clubs in the US.

- The cocktail server is responsible for providing the highest quality of food & beverage service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Long hours sometimes required, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to be on your feet throughout the entire shift, sometimes for entire shift.
- Approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include a clean, pressed uniform and correct nametag when working.
- Must, at all times, be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers, and other team members.
- Accommodate any special requests that the kitchen is able to deliver for the guest.
- Perform pre- and post-shift side work including stock service station, makes coffee, etc.
- Serve menu items to guests in a prompt and courteous manner and according to established service standards.
- Up sell established menu items or specials to maximize food and beverage revenues.
