What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Assistant Property Manager/Admin Asst. position at Park House Property Management?
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Part Time Assistant Property Manager midtown office in Bryant Park. This position will play a key role in supporting our property management operations and administrative functions, ensuring efficiency and the highest level of service to our clients and tenants. This is not remote or hybrid position. Maximum 19 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing property operations, including tenant relations, maintenance requests, and lease administration.
- Coordinate with tenants, vendors and contractors to maintain files for certificates of insurance, Form W9 and OSHA cards.
- Support the Property Manager with correspondence and phone calls.
- Prepare and distribute communication materials to tenants and clients.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Must have Yardi experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management or administrative support required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with team members, tenants, and clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi Property Management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
