SUMMARY
About the Role – Management Trainee
The Food and Beverage Operations Management Training Program was developed to provide training for recent Hospitality college graduates for hotel management positions specifically in the Food and Beverage division of the hotel. A portion of the program duration will be spent in the concentration of Food and Beverage, and the remainder will include a rotational schedule in other divisions of the resort.
Wage Information
The salary range for this position is $66,000. This is the pay range for this position that Park Hyatt Aviara reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.

- Previous experiences in a luxury resort preferred
- Must possess a professional presentation
- Outstanding guest services skills, sophisticated verbal & written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
