About the Role – Pilates Fusion Instructor
We are currently seeking a Pilates Fusion Instructor to share our Vision – to create the most imaginative, authentic and meaningful wellness experience. The function of the Pilates Fusion Instructor is to assist in the creation and implementation of new Pilates Fusion programs specific to the resort. The ideal candidate has a background in Pilates Fusion and group fitness instruction. This instructor will instruct and monitor the various physical fitness activities, provide personal attention to the guest’s needs, and safety. The Pilates Fusion Instructor reports to the Miraval Director of Spa and Wellbeing, as well as the Spa Manager.
The hourly rate for this position is $16.50 plus commission.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 2 years of Pilates instruction experience
- Experience in Pilates program design
- Certified Pilates Trainer
- Trained and Certified in Reformer, Tower, Chair, and Barrels
- College Degree preferred in Exercise Science and/or Personal Trainer Certifications and Group Fitness Instructor from ACE, AFAA, NASM, or ACSM.
- CPR and AED certified, and first aid certification required
- Must have weekend availability.
