The Luxury Leisure Sales Manager is a business travel / leisure travel sales person who has demonstrated through performance a thorough understanding and competence in sales, account management functions and the hotel / business travel industry.
Responsibilities include selling guest rooms and Hyatt services to transient market customers through Luxury consortia accounts, High-end travel agencies and travel advisors, individual & Executive travel, and wholesale and Entertainment groups. Duties include managing current accounts relations, ensure proper solicitation of new travel agencies and travel advisors, and will include travel to tradeshow and regional account activation events across major feeder cities within North America.
Duties also include preparing and presenting effective proposals, marketing presentations, maintaining well organized documentation and reports, utilization of Hyatt technology systems, and coordination of customer service requirements with hotel operations staff as appropriate. The Luxury Leisure Sales Manager, will also be responsible for organizing and leading client events and FAMs, internal sales & operations meetings, and other staff meetings. The Sales Manager will also collaborate the sales and catering staff in-conjunction with assigned Administrative Assistant and other support staff.
