Your Schedule
- Hours of Operation: 7 days per week from 7am - 9pm. Supervising schedule is expected to be set for 7am - 2pm.
- Flexibility required for occasional afternoon and weekend shifts to cover callouts or absences.
What You'll Do
As a Valet Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining strong working relationships with clients and on-site contacts.
- Training employees in valet operations, customer service, and company policies.
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and operational standards.
- Managing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing costs.
- Filling in for shifts when necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Addressing and resolving customer service issues promptly and professionally.
- Accurately managing cash handling and tip reporting.
- Conducting regular inspections of equipment and operational areas.
- Promoting teamwork and setting high standards for performance.
