This part-time position offers an average of 15–25 hours per week and requires open availability, including weekdays and weekends.
As a Parking Garage Attendant, you will ensure the safe and efficient operation of our parking facilities and delivering exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do
- Issue access cards and assist guests with entry.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients and event contacts.
- Greet and direct guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Safely guide guests to the appropriate parking areas.
- Sell parking spaces and collect revenue during special events.
- Secure and monitor the parking area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Provide directional information to guests, including entrances and exits.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational success.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, preferably in hospitality or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with computer tools including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with strong decision-making skills under deadlines.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong sense of urgency and reliable attendance history.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
