What You'll Do
As the Parking Supervisor, you will:
🔹 Lead & Manage Staff: Hire, train, schedule, and oversee the performance of the Albany parking team.
🔹 Oversee Monthly Parkers: Ensure accurate billing, customer satisfaction, and contract renewals.
🔹 Manage Revenue & Reporting: Reconcile daily transactions, track revenue, and prepare financial reports.
🔹 Coordinate Event Parking: Serve as the point of contact for event logistics, ensuring seamless parking operations.
🔹 Maintain Parking Facilities: Oversee cleanliness, signage, and vendor management for maintenance services.
🔹 Handle Accounts Receivable: Monitor and collect payments, ensuring timely billing and minimal outstanding balances.
🔹 Propose & Implement Pricing Strategies: Assist in setting competitive parking rates based on market trends.
What We're Looking For
✔ Experienced Leaders: Minimum 2 years of experience supervising an hourly workforce.
✔ Customer-Focused Problem-Solvers: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
✔ Financially Savvy Professionals: Experience in accounts receivable and revenue reconciliation.
✔ Tech-Savvy Operators: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and parking management systems is a plus.

✔ Licensed & Responsible Drivers: Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Working Conditions
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with some weekend or evening shifts for events.
Location: Operating at various Albany parking locations.
Physical Requirements: Standing for extended periods, occasional lifting, and working in both indoor and outdoor environments.
