Position Summary :

We are seeking a talented and motivated Interior Designer with 3 to 4 years of professional experience to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, collaborate with clients, and be involved in all stages of the design process. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, creative vision, and practical knowledge of interior design.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for high-end residential homes.
• Collaborate with senior designers, architects, and clients to create design solutions that meet client objectives and budget requirements.
• Create and present design presentations, mood boards, and visualizations using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Source furniture, materials, finishes, and decor ensuring selections meets design goals and budget constraints.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and design plans for project implementation.
• Create and maintain finish schedules (paint, wallpaper, lighting, plumbing, appliances, etc.).
• Keep project binders, schedules, plans and elevations coordinated and up to date.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors during the implementation phase.
• Conduct site visits to ensure designs are executed to specifications and resolve any on-site issues.
• Stay current on design trends, materials, and technology to bring innovative ideas to each project.
