Summary/Objective
This position is responsible for driving analytical strategies throughout the organization and work with leadership to drive action plans that will improve efficiency and increase effectiveness within assigned businesses and/or geographies.
Essential Functions
- Assists with strategic analysis of portfolio, including capital allocation by region by business, and performance issues common across all markets.
- Assists with analysis of specific businesses regarding market share, operating and financial performance, and employee issues.
- Assists operations leadership with data and analysis, communicate action plans and support subsequent development of growth and exit strategies.
- Assists with implementation of specific metrics to measure effectiveness of location leadership and staff.
- Develops and implements specific metrics to measure effectiveness of training programs on business performance.
- Regularly communicates with locations to identify market share opportunities and operational issues via phone or Teams meetings.
- Assists with content and organization of monthly, quarterly and annual operational review meetings with local, market and regional leadership.
- Assist with the organization, design and development of subject matter for operations meetings.
- Assist local and regional leadership and other corporate functions with operational integration of acquired businesses.

Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Licensure
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field required or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 5 years of related experience required.
- Advanced knowledge in excel formulas including Pivot Tables and Power Query/BI.
- Demonstrable experience with financial analysis and modeling required.
- A solid understanding of finance and generally accepted accounting principles required.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
- Expert-level Excel financial modeling and PowerPoint skills and a high degree of proficiency with Outlook and Word.
- Very strong attention to detail, keen analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and ability to synthesize and clearly communicate complicated analyses.
- Ability to quickly pivot between projects and tasks while managing required deadlines in an environment that requires a high sense of urgency.
- Capable of working independently, but also a good team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (oral and written), and ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a desire to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
