Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications – Ensure residents receive timely, accurate medication management.
- Monitor residents’ conditions – Observe changes and report to physicians and care teams.
- Assist residents with ADLs– Help them live their best, most comfortable lives!
- Respond promptly to call lights – Provide timely, compassionate care and attention.
- Ensure safety at all times – Monitor residents’ conditions and take quick action to address any concerns.
