Shifts:
- 3p-11p, 7 on 7 off
- 3p-11p, Fulltime
Your Role as an RN Charge Nurse:
- Oversee and lead the nursing team during your shift
- Administer medications, treatments, and care as per resident care plans
- Monitor resident conditions and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Supervise and mentor LPNs, CNAs, and other care staff
- Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and clinical procedures
Qualifications:
- Current and active RN License
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong leadership, clinical, and problem-solving skills
- Compassionate and dedicated to resident care
