Job Summary:
- Assist as directed in assembling food and materials for preparation and serving of food.
- Prepares for and sets up resident food trays.
- Loads food carts and assists in transporting foods to dining areas.
- Removes and transports trays and dishes to clean-up area after meals.
- Prepares for and washes dishes, trays, and flatware.
- Assist with daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established facility policies and procedures.
- Clean and wash kitchen floors, equipment, tables, and serving areas as required after each meal or event.
