RESPONSIBILITIES #LI-Hybrid
Documents and evaluates internal controls, ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and evaluates business risks.
Performs audit procedures, including reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting client processes and procedures.
Identifies potential audit issues and makes recommendations to Senior Auditor and/or Manager.
Develops and maintains productive client and staff relationships through individual contacts and group meetings.
Completes on-going professional development opportunities and obtains relevant certifications within three years of joining the department.
Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks.
Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards.
Other duties as assigned.
SCHEDULE
Typical office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. This position is exempt and full-time. A minimum 40 hours is required per week.
A flexible work arrangement for this role is two days on-site (Tuesday & Wednesday) at our Newark, Ohio Headquarters, and three days remote.
EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
1-2 years internal audit related work experience required.
Relevant certification required within three-years of joining the department.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Travel required on an as needed basis.
