RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and assess visitor needs, connecting them to the correct associate or department and logging visitors as needed
- Schedule appointments for walk-ins and manage the branch's scheduling software
- Maintain a safe, clean and professional reception area
- Answer the branch telephone line to connect customers with the correct department
- Retrieve and distribute mail to branch associates
- Maintaining vendor logs and issuing key cards to stakeholders as appropriate
- Ordering supplies through central supply & other vendors as needed; stocking beverages (coffee, water, & soft drinks) for customer use
- Coordinate weekly courier runs with bank couriers to Carolina Division branches distributing materials out as needed and distributing in-bound materials from the branches to appropriate personnel
- Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
- Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards
- Other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- 0 - 2 years previous reception work preferred
SCHEDULE
Operating hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. This position is part-time and hourly. Generally, this position will require less than 30 hours on average per week.
