Job Title:

Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks including building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting work.
• Conduct general maintenance tasks such as landscaping, carpentry, and painting.
• Perform preventative maintenance and report major repair needs to the Facilities Manager.
• Assist with maintaining information in the maintenance software platform.
• Complete independent projects and assist with project tracking and vendor management.
• Identify potential maintenance opportunities and communicate them to the Maintenance Coordinator.
• Create and schedule preventive maintenance and service work orders.
• Conduct building, equipment, grounds, and system inspections to identify issues.
• Meet with vendors to complete RFPs and projects.
• Maintain awareness of Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts.
• Deliver high-quality service within Service Excellence standards.

Schedule:

This is a full-time position requiring 37.5 hours per week. The schedule includes occasional shifts outside traditional hours for equipment service or emergency repairs. The position is 100% onsite at designated locations.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2-4 years maintenance experience required
• Trade apprenticeship graduate preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent travel within 50 miles, occasional travel up to 150 miles
• Push, pull, or lift up to 100 lbs occasionally, 50 lbs frequently, 20 lbs regularly
• Long periods of standing and/or walking
• Climb ladders and/or ramps regularly
• Stoop, crouch, and kneel regularly
