What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Park National Bank?
About the Role
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs in accordance with submitted work orders.
This includes general maintenance tasks such as painting, landscaping, and carpentry repairs. The ideal candidate will also perform preventative maintenance, reporting major repair and maintenance needs to the Facilities Manager.
The selected individual will assist in keeping the information in the maintenance software platform up to date, complete independent projects, and assist the Facilities Manager with project tracking and vendor management.
In addition, they will proactively identify and communicate potential opportunities for maintenance projects to the Maintenance Coordinator.
The successful candidate will have a strong ability to understand and follow directions, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent organizational skills.
The working schedule is Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm, with occasional shifts outside of traditional hours during scheduled shut downs for equipment service or emergency repair situations.
