Required Qualifications
Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:
- Graduate from an accredited master’s level genetic counseling program.
- Board-certified/eligible by the American Board of Genetic Counseling (ABGC) or American Board of Medical Genetics (ABMG)
- Licensed/eligible for licensure as a Genetic Counselor by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice (MBMP)
- Board certification and licensure is required within 18 months of employment.
- Proven proficiency in the operation of the following: Personal Computer, Telephone, Fax Machine, Photocopier, Printer, and electronic medical record.
Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:
- Two or more years of supervised experience preferred.
