What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technician, Dietary position at Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital?
Position Summary:
Technicians will provide nutritional needs of patients in a timely manner. They will assure correct and accurate meals, nourishments, and tube feedings. Some of the duties include; Process phone messages, computer orders and communication regarding diet orders. See patients upon admission regarding preselect menu. Adjust patient menu to meet requirements of physician's ordered diet and screen patients who need nutritional assistance and support.
