Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers promptly and professionally.
- Vehicle Walk-Around: Conduct thorough inspections and accurately document customer concerns to ensure proper diagnostics by certified technicians.
- Communication: Keep customers informed about service requirements, costs, and completion timelines.
- Prioritization: Manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, responding promptly to customer needs.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year as an Automotive Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant.
- Software Proficiency: Tekion experience preferred.
- Professional Qualities: Demonstrates integrity, high energy, and a proven track record of exceptional customer satisfaction.
