Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficient administrative processes, and providing exceptional support to both staff and clients. This role requires a blend of clerical skills and strong organizational abilities to maintain a productive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
  • Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Manage phone systems effectively, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while responding to inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff as needed, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
  • Basic accounting tasks and financial record keeping.

Skills

  • Strong front desk management skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Excellent clerical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and processes is a plus.
  • Polished phone etiquette and experience working with various phone systems.
  • Administrative expertise with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of financial management tasks is desirable.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
