Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

- Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
- Manage phone systems effectively, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while responding to inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
- Provide administrative support to management and staff as needed, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Basic accounting tasks and financial record keeping.
Skills
- Strong front desk management skills with a friendly demeanor.
