We are looking for a detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in processing DSCR loans and will oversee the loan process from application to closing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review mortgage loan applications and collect necessary documentation from borrowers.
- Assess borrowers' credit history and financial statements to determine loan eligibility.
- Collaborate with underwriters and loan officers to ensure timely loan processing.
- Communicate with borrowers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and organized loan files.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage loan processing.
- Strong understanding of loan processing procedures and regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and loan processing software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
