Role:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Lot Porter to join our team. The Lot Porter plays a vital role in ensuring the dealership’s vehicles are impeccably maintained, properly organized, and readily accessible for customers and staff. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about the automotive industry who thrive in a fast-paced, high-end environment.

There is never a sense of monotony here at Park Place and daily responsibilities could range from preparing coffee to preparing exotic cars for delivery. Our general manager and many of our sales staff started as Lot Attendants and appreciate the hard work required to sell the vehicles we do. There will be cars of all years, makes and models, and the applicant should be comfortable and experienced driving a manual transmission. Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize the dealership lot to ensure a pristine and orderly presentation of luxury vehicles.
- Assist with vehicle deliveries, ensuring they are cleaned, fueled, and properly staged for customers.
- Drive and park vehicles safely within dealership premises and designated locations.
- Support service and sales teams by retrieving, moving, and delivering vehicles as needed.
- Perform cleaning, detailing, and inspections to ensure vehicles remain showroom-ready.
- Conduct quality control checks on vehicles before customer delivery.
- Assist customers with vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
- Monitor and report any maintenance or safety concerns regarding the lot and dealership vehicles.
- Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies while operating vehicles and equipment.
- Hand-Wash and prepare vehicles for delivery, customers, marketing photos, etc.
Qualifications:
- All applicants must be able to drive a manual transmission
- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- All applicants must possess a genuine interest/passion for cars and be able to work effectively in a fast paced and detail-oriented environment
- Previous experience in a lot porter, valet, or similar automotive role preferred.
- Passion for luxury vehicles and high-end automotive brands.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and remain physically active throughout the shift.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
