- Earn $15.00- $16.00 per hour!
Available Shifts:
- 12am - 8am Saturday - Tuesday (this is an overnight position)
We specialize in airport parking and have built our reputation on finding innovative ways to make parking as effortless as possible for decades. We are currently looking for guest ambassadors to provide our guests with a welcoming environment and get them quickly to their destination in a safe manner. Summary: Provide customers with a welcoming environment and get them quickly to their destination in a safe manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer customers questions and provide information on procedures or policies.
- Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting customers.
- Direct guests to parking space and accurately complete transactions.
- Dispatch shuttles and ensure space usage is maximized.
- Receive and prioritize incoming telephone calls.
- Compile and maintain reports and records.
- Maintain an exceptional level of customer service and responsiveness.
- Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas and complete other general cleaning duties.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School education, training or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Previous dispatch, cashier, and/or customer service experience preferred
- Successful background and drug screening results required
- Must be flexible and able to work weekends and holidays

Qualifications
Required Education:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of one year of experience in dispatching, customer service or a related field.
- Experience handling high-volume phone calls and radio communications.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain professionalism with diverse individuals.
- Ability to effectively handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts calmly and efficiently.
- Proficient in basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to read and interpret maps and directions.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of parking procedures (preferred).
- Ability to operate two-way radios and other communication equipment.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl as needed.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be able to work 12am - 8am.
