Fast Park & Relax, Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport’s premier offsite airport parking facility, is searching for a self-starting, energetic maintenance (with automotive mechanic and light carpenter skills) person to keep our parking lot, shuttle buses, buildings and facilities in tip top, sparkling condition!
This will include but not limited to washing shuttles, detailing shuttles, picking up trash from the lot, and cleaning up the office area. This position will also require you to learn how to complete oil changes and fix minor problems with our shuttles and parking lot facilities. The right applicant should be self-motivated, observant and willing to learn.

Starting wage is $16 - $17 per hour depending on skills and experience
Responsibilities include but not limited to
- Washing and detailing shuttles
- Cleaning up the office, windows, and lot daily
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the restrooms and breakroom
Additional Responsibilities include but not limited to
- Assist mechanic in shop
- General shop duties
- Assist with upkeep and cleanliness of shop
- Painting
- Repair and replace parking lot lights
- Minor repairs that require handyman skills and use of basic hand tools
- Perform preventative maintenance on shuttles
- Assist with safety

Qualifications
Requirements
- High School education, training or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
- A valid state driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record required
- Must be able to meet applicable DOT and/or state regulated requirements to operate a commercial motor vehicle
- Successful completion of background screening and drug test
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide with 10s and 100s, perform these operations using units of American money
- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the spelling and meaning of words
Competencies:
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
- Understanding of specifications manuals
- Determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job

Work Environment and Physical Requirements: Occasionally uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. May be exposed to construction and various weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment may range from moderate to loud. This position is performed inside as well as outside weather conditions. Regularly required to talk or hear. Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
