Earn $15.50 per hour for customer service position and $19.00 - $21.00 per hour for SUPERVISOR (this is a hybrid position)
Available Shift:
- This position will require you to work evenings and weekends 4pm – 12am

Summary: Directly supervise and coordinate activities of transportation and facility employees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure employees clock in and perform their duties as required for their shift.
- Monitor facility maintenance to ensure it is clean and maintained according to company standards.
- Enforce safety rules and regulations.
- Report vehicle accidents or employee injuries as set forth by company policy.
- Resolve worker problems or collaborate with employees to assist in problem resolution.
- Assist in other capacities and departments as needed.
- Audit daily work of Guest Ambassadors and Drivers.
- Respond accordingly if a shift needs to be filled, find coverage.
- Recommend and implement measures to improve worker motivation, equipment performance, work methods, or customer services.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in parking or hospitality management or a related field.
- Experience with revenue control and cash handling procedures.
- Experience supervising and motivating a team.
- Experience in customer service, including handling complaints and resolving conflicts.
- Experience with hospitality/parking management software and technology.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, employees, and other stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of parking regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and work in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record/background check/drug test. Must pass medical DOT exam.
Salary : $16 - $21
