- High school education or equivalent; some college preferred
- Some supervisory experience required
- A valid state drivers license with a current address and acceptable driving record required
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in coordination of people and resources
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
- Competent in conflict and crisis management
