What are the responsibilities and job description for the QIDP (Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional)/Case Manager position at Park Place?

Would you enjoy providing support and encouragement to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them live life to the fullest? We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, organized person to join the Penta Nascent team as a QIDP/Case Manager. This position is responsible for the coordination and implementation of treatment programs in a residential setting, serving adults with developmental disabilities.
Qualifications
- Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in social work, recreation, special education, or related human service field. However, candidate may also be a licensed/certified medical professional, (i.e., OT, OTA, PT, PTA, RN, dietician, psychologist, speech-language pathologist, audiologist, etc.)
- One year experience preferred
Hours
Monday - Friday, 8a-4p.
