Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining the general condition of the property with regards to all aspects of basic electrical, carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, and painting work. Complete maintenance request work orders from all departments on a timely basis. Participate in the preventive maintenance program for all-building equipment and rooms.
Responsibilities
Make repairs to the Resort’s air conditioning system: change filters, clean coils and replace motors. Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment, perform furniture repair. Perform plumbing repairs: clogged drains, copper pipe, change washers, change handles, etc., troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment, paint designated areas, repair all types of wall coverings.
Requirements
Experience in a hotel or related field preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required, available to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
