The PSU travel program is the most elite level of our soccer programs, with our teams competing year round in local leagues, the NY State Cup and some of the top tournaments in the North East and beyond.
Job Details
We are actively seeking committed, enthusiastic and knowledgable coaches to work within our travel program. Successful candidates will be expected to lead our travel teams in training sessions and games, while following our curriculum and focusing on the holistic development of each individual player within their team.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven playing experience (minimum high school level)
- 3 years experience coaching competitive soccer
- Valid soccer coaching qualification from relevant body (USSF/NSCAA/UEFA/etc)
- Ability to communicate effectively with children and parents
- Passion for soccer
- Enjoy working with children
- Care about the holistic development of all players within the PSU family
Desirable Experience or Qualifications
- Collegiate or professional playing experience
- USSF D License (or equivalent) or higher
