We are seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced veterinary clinic environment. Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and address client inquiries or concerns
- Check-in and check-out clients, ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Collect payments for services rendered
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth operations of the clinic

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
