Park Square Homes is seeking a Home Sales Consultant to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the sales process, communicating with customers, and achieving sales objectives.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process from lead generation to close, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal teams.
- Customer Communication: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Showcase the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our homes to align with customer interests.
- Closing and Follow-up: Finalize sales, discuss the homebuilding process, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
- Quality Control and Prospecting: Collaborate with other departments to maintain high standards for model homes, sales centers, and community amenities, while also networking with Realtors and promoting the company brand.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong software skills in Microsoft Windows Office applications.
This role requires working weekends and holding an active Florida Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License.
