- Prompts: Meet customers, collect registration cards, and enter prospect information into our system.
- Discovery: Identify customer needs and buying motives through effective techniques.
- Sales Presentation: Showcase features, benefits, company reputation, quality, and design to align with customer interests.
- Closing: Ask questions to finalize sales, discuss the homebuilding process, and ensure customer understanding.
- Customer Service: Maintain relationships with internal and external customers, perform follow-up tasks, and ensure successful closings.
- Quality Control: Coordinate with other departments to maintain high standards for model homes, sales centers, and community amenities.
- Prospecting: Network, build relationships with Realtors, and promote the company brand to attract new customers.
