The Receptionist will provide administrative and office support to the assigned department/branch and staff.

They should be comfortable using office technology and have strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
Position Summary:
As a Receptionist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by providing administrative support and managing front-desk activities. Your duties will involve coordinating office tasks, greeting visitors, and ensuring a welcoming and organized office environment. You will be the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and team members, both in person and over the phone, ensuring efficient communication and professional service.
Essential Functions:
Reception Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage visitor logs and issue visitor badges as needed.
Administrative Support:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and file management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is maintained.
- Support the HR or management team with administrative tasks as required.
Education:
High School diploma required, associate?s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
Experience:
- Four (4) years of related experience required
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
Physical Working Requirements
- Mobility and Flexibility:
- Ability to move around the facility, including walking, standing, and climbing stairs for extended periods.
- Occasionally need to bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch to inspect products, equipment, or facilities.
