Park Terrace Rehabilitation Center is looking for an Admissions Coordinator to streamline admissions processes, maintain strong relationships with referral sources, and ensure exceptional customer service for new residents.
A Day in the Life :
Monitor referral portals and build strong relationships with hospital case managers and other referral sources to maintain a steady flow of admissions.
Work closely with nursing staff and facility leadership to ensure smooth transitions for new residents and effective coordination.
Partner with the marketing team and liaisons to follow up on referrals and conduct proactive outreach to strengthen relationships.
Provide outstanding support to new residents and their families, ensuring their questions are answered and concerns addressed.

Who We’re Looking For :
2 years of experience in long-term care admissions and / or healthcare marketing.
