Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the front-line concierge for our residents and their families by conducting rounds and engaging with them
Proactively identify and resolve concerns
- Assist with facility tours
- Monitor front desk/reception area and welcome in visitors and guests
- Answer and monitor phone lines

Assure prompt and positive action on all patient complaints, questions, concerns, and suggestions
Assist in social media content creation and coordination
Project a professional image through personal appearance, demeanor, and communication (oral, verbal, and written)
Assist with new and recheck appointments for patients when necessary
Provide excellent customer service to all patients and employees
Qualifications and Skills:
Upbeat, positive, and outgoing personality
