AM Shifts : 6 AM – 6 PM, 3 days per week every other weekend
Responsibilities :
Provide specialized nursing care to ventilator-dependent, tracheostomy, and oxygen-dependent residents and patients.
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to care plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards .
Educate patients and families on ventilator care, safety, and recovery expectations.
Qualifications :
RN Licensure – Ohio (Required)
ACLS & BLS Certification (Current – If expired or lacking, facility will reimburse)
Experience with ventilator-dependent patients (Additional training provided)
Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and teamwork mindset
