Duties and Responsibilities :
Responsible for the leadership, oversight, and daily operations of a 99-bed facility.
Oversee day-to-day operations of all facility departments and services and ensure that compliance is ongoing.
Development and implementation of a facility management system
Monitoring and maintaining the facility's compliance with all pertinent State and Federal regulations
Monitor monthly performance of facility about budget and intervene as needed,
Makes sure the facility is a safe, clean, comfortable, and appealing environment for residents, patients, families, and staff according to company guidelines.
Complete required forms and documents following company policy and state and federal regulations.
Manage all aspects of state or federal government survey processes.
Qualifications and Skills :
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (Ohio)
Must be highly organized, professional & motivated
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Medicaid / Medicare procedures and applicable policies
Extensive knowledge of current federal, state, local, and corporate guidelines and regulations governing management in long-term healthcare facilities.
