Job Description:
Park Tudor is currently seeking an experienced, innovative, and student-centered Upper School English teacher for the 2025-26 school year. The ideal candidate would enjoy being part of a supportive and highly collaborative environment.
The Upper School English Curriculum follows a thematic design and emphasizes a skills-based approach to writing and literary analysis, while also engaging students with classic texts from the European, American, and Non-Western traditions. The AP Language and Composition and AP Literature and Composition courses inform our curriculum, and students who have demonstrated success in their previous English courses are well-prepared to meet the challenges of an Advanced Placement course. All English classes, though, are college-preparatory and inspire students with a challenging curriculum that meets the needs of each student.
Qualification Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
- Experience: 3-5 years’ experience teaching English at the high school level is preferred
