Park Veterinary Hospital is looking for both a full and part time receptionist.
MUST HAVE VETERINARY OFFICE EXPERIENCE.
The ideal candidate should be able to answer multiline phones, accurately schedule appointments, act professionally and greet clients with a smile, enter and maintain accurate medical records and handle client transactions.
Ideal candidate:
- Team player
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a veterinary hospital
- Able to deal with the public on a daily basis
- Outgoing, friendly, ability to multitask
- Communicate efficiently with staff members
- Computer skills a must – Cornerstone preferred
- Able to answer general questions about dog and cat care
- Must speak English fluently. Bi-lingual (Spanish) would be a plus
- Must be able to work energetically for the entire shift including Saturdays.
