What are the responsibilities and job description for the Activities Assistant position at Park View Estates?
Thursday - Sunday
Must be energetic, self-starter and compassionate about Seniors!
As activities assistant, you provide and supervise enrichment opportunities to meet the physical, social, cultural, spiritual, emotional, and recreational needs of each patient / resident. You assist the care team and residents' families helping residents reach their highest potential.
You will :
- Provide resident activities on a group and individual basis
- Promote and follow the monthly schedule of activities
- Document medical records regarding residents' attitude, participation level, etc., and attend care conferences
- Report to the activities director
