Job Details
Description
We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with members to improve their financial lives while growing their own career. Come join our Member Advisor Team at our Broadway Branch, where you’ll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our members every day.
Here are some of the responsibilities:
- As a Member Advisor, you would work directly with Park View members on a wide variety of services (some examples include transactions, accounts, online banking, and cards) and advise them how to best use our products and services to meet personal financial goals.
- Member Advisors build relationships with our members. When members have a financial need, we want them to think of Park View first, because you have already shown them you are an active listener and can help solve their problems.
- Member Advisors must learn a lot about our products and services to help members determine which will help them reach their goals. We have a great training program in place to get you there, but it takes a lot of effort on your part.
- We are also looking for someone who would enhance our already great work environment. Someone who loves working as a team, solving problems, learning new things, being creative, working hard, and having fun while doing so.
